I recently needed assistance with a huge package that was too heavy for me to handle, and our security concierge, Mr. Brian, was so, so helpful - as he usually is. He assisted without hesitation and made what could have been a real difficulty for me into something handled with ease - and it's comforting that his presence keeps our building safe.
|Recommended: YesMove In — The staff, property amenities are outstanding and its was the easiest move-in I have experienced. The loading dock and height of the freight elevator made the move-in easy and convenient . So far, it's a 5 star.

|Recommended: YesReview Of Alloy — The apartments themselves are spacious, with high ceilings and large windows that allow plenty of natural light to flow in, making the space feel open and welcoming.
The location is fantastic, situated conveniently near shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation. It makes commuting to work or enjoying a night out incredibly easy. The neighborhood is vibrant yet peaceful, allowing for an excellent quality of life.
The amenities at Alloy are truly exceptional. The fitness center, making it easy to keep up with workouts without leaving home. The rooftop terrace provides stunning views and is a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. I’ve enjoyed numerous afternoons at the beautiful swimming pool and lounging area.
The community at Alloy is friendly and diverse, with events organized regularly that have made it easy for me to meet neighbors and make new friends. On top of that, the staff are attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with any concerns or questions.
Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and management ensures that the building is well maintained. The overall service provided by the team is superb, making living here feel luxurious and stress-free.
If you’re looking for a combination of convenience, comfort, and community, Alloy Apartments is the place to be. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch living experience

The staff is so friendly and professional, and they make sure that we residents don't get bored by organizing events every month.

|Recommended: YesNice Stay So Far Will Update As I Go — As a new resident the stay is nice, people are nice, grounds a clean. Maybe need to update schedule for the trash clean up is all.

|Recommended: YesMaintenance Team Is Amazing — Just wanted to leave an extra review here for the maintenance team. We've had a few maintenance issues before the Thanksgiving holidays and the maintenance team showed up within hours to handle each one swiftly and efficiently. Team supervisor is very professional, respectful, and transparent.

|Recommended: NoApartment Wasn't Done When I Moved In — Except for a few things, like the apartment wasn't done when I moved in, mostly very good.
A few things for example, the washer and dryer weren't installed and they were lying around in the living room and the floor was very dusty.
However, Julie called the maintenance and solved the issues very fast
I am pretty sure those few things were just mistakes
